I have found that I can add value in the most straight forward way by solving problems leading me into many 'turn-around' and rescue situations.

One consistent area of operation, since 1980 has been real estate property - while residential has been the primary focus I've successfully completed transactions in all sectors including Leisure, Entertainment, Office, Retail and Commercial property types. Equally I've had to master all the disciplines of trading, development, refurbishment, management and investment.

I have also made it my mission to stay ahead of all the latest technologies so I started my first eCommerce website in 1998.- to date my companies and I have built well over 5,000 websites of all types but in reality I've now lost count!
